Frequently asked
The eight questions providers ask first.
If you have one we haven't covered, write to alain@nomotix.com and it usually gets a same-week reply.
What does Nomotix do?
Nomotix is building an agentic platform for Australian aged care and NDIS providers: software agents that take on the repeatable work around care, reporting and compliance, with your people approving what they do. It plugs into the systems you already run.Is Nomotix a product or a consultancy?
A product company with professional services. Nomotix is software, in development, and the program is how it gets built: the cohort picks the problem, we build it once on the platform, and every provider on the platform gets it.How does Nomotix integrate with our existing systems?
Nomotix sits above your care platform (Lumary, Carelink+, Visualcare, AlayaCare, FlowLogic and others), your HR, rostering and payroll, your SIRS and incident tools, and your training systems, and reads from them, read-only first. Your team keeps working in the systems they already use. There is no rip and replace.Where is our data hosted?
All customer data is hosted in Australian-region infrastructure. No customer data is transferred outside Australia. Nomotix is built to the thirteen Australian Privacy Principles and the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme under the Privacy Act 1988.Does Nomotix cover both aged care and NDIS?
Yes. Aged care and NDIS providers come onto the same platform and through the same program: much of the work around care has the same shape, and aged care outcomes mostly map to NDIS Practice Standards equivalents, so what is built for one carries across. Providers operating across both map evidence once instead of doing compliance twice. Is Nomotix built for the Aged Care Act 2024?
Yes. The seven strengthened Quality Standards (live 1 November 2025), SIRS reporting, care minutes, the Star Ratings, and the personal liability provisions under Section 180 are what the agents are built to.What about security certifications?
Nomotix is building toward SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 from day one, with continuous control monitoring. Australian data residency, Privacy Act 1988 compliance, encryption at rest and in transit, and least-privilege access are built in from the start. What does the program cost?
Nothing until you decide to build. The call, the workshops and the one-to-one sessions cost you time, not money. Implementation is charged, and before you commit to it you get a written price and a written expected return. Nobody signs anything in the workshop.
