How nomotix.com handles your information.

What we collect

What you give us. When you book a 20-minute call, register interest, request a checklist or save a projection, we collect your email address and, if you give it, your organisation's name. When you email us, we keep the email.

What is collected automatically. Our customer relationship system, HubSpot, sets cookies and records the pages you visit, the time of your visit, your browser and device type, and an approximate location worked out from your internet address. Our hosting provider, Netlify, keeps standard server logs (your internet address and the pages requested) for a short period. When the page loads the Inter typeface from Google Fonts, your browser sends its internet address to Google to fetch the font.

The Where You Land calculator. The numbers you type stay in your browser and are not sent anywhere. If you ask for the one-page PDF summary, your email address and organisation are recorded in HubSpot; the numbers on screen are not.

Why we collect it

To reply to your request and set up the call you asked for. To send occasional updates on the build if you registered interest, which you can stop at any time. To understand which pages are read, so we can write better ones. We do not sell your information, we do not share it for advertising, and no decision about you is made automatically.

Who processes it, and where

• HubSpot holds our contact records and receives form submissions. Our HubSpot account is set to HubSpot's Australian data hosting location.
• Netlify hosts this website on a global content delivery network, so a copy of each page is served from a server near you. The checklist and projection request functions run on Netlify's infrastructure.
• Google Fonts serves the typeface. Google's servers may be outside Australia.
• Microsoft 365 carries our email.

Some of these providers store or process information outside Australia. Where that happens, we rely on the provider's own privacy and security commitments, and we do not send them more than the page needs.

Cookies

HubSpot sets its analytics cookies (for example hubspotutk, __hstc, __hssc and __hssrc) and its scripts may set a Cloudflare security cookie (__cf_bm). You can block or delete cookies in your browser; the site works without them, and the forms still work.

How long we keep it

Contact records are kept while there is a reason to hold them: a call being arranged, updates you asked for, or a conversation about the program. If you ask us to delete your details, we do, unless we are required to keep a record.

Your choices

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected or deleted, or ask us to stop sending updates, by emailing alain@nomotix.com. We reply within a week. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.

If something goes wrong

If we become aware of a data breach that is likely to cause serious harm, we will notify the people affected and the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner under the Notifiable Data Breaches scheme.

The platform

The Nomotix platform is in development. When it handles a provider's data, it will do so under a written agreement with that provider, in Australian-region infrastructure, with read-only connections first and every agent action logged with the person who approved it. That agreement, not this page, will govern that data.

If this page changes, the date at the top changes with it.
